How we contact businesses
If Strategro Ltd emailed or rang your company about Lodway, this is why, and how to make it stop.
Who we are
STRATEGRO LTD makes Lodway, software for small UK courier companies. Company number 16081510, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
Where your details came from
- Your company's name, address, trade and directors: the public Companies House register.
- Your business email address and phone number: your company's own website.
- Your fleet size, if we mention it: the public register of goods vehicle operator licences.
- A link to a director's LinkedIn page, if we have one: a public web search for their name and the company's. We don't log in to LinkedIn or read profiles.
We don't buy lists, and we only email a limited company at an address it publishes itself.
What we keep, and why
The company's details above, a director's name and role, and a record of when we contacted you and what was said. We use them to offer our software to businesses it was built for — our legitimate interest — and for nothing else. We don't share or sell them.
Making it stop
Reply to any email with “no thanks”, or write to mateen@lodway.com. We'll never contact your company again, and we delete the names of the people there. The company's own record stays, marked “do not contact”, because that mark is what stops it being contacted again by mistake.
You can also ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Our full privacy policy has the rest.
