Terms of service

Last updated 13 October 2026

1. These terms

These terms are between STRATEGRO LTD (company number 16081510, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX) (“we”, “us”) and the business that signs up for Lodway (“you”). By signing up you accept them on your business's behalf. Lodway is for businesses only; it is not sold to consumers.

2. What you get

Lodway is online software for running a courier business: bookings and quotes, dispatch, a driver app, tracking, proof of delivery and invoicing. What your plan includes — and its limits, such as the number of drivers — is shown on the pricing page and on your plan screen. We keep improving the software, and may change how parts of it work, but we won't take away a main feature you pay for without telling you first.

3. The free trial

A new account has a 14-day free trial, and no card is needed to start it. At the end of the trial, choose a plan to carry on. If you don't, the account stops working, but nothing in it is deleted — choosing a plan later brings it back as it was.

4. Paying

  • Prices are as shown when you choose a plan, plus VAT. You pay in advance for each billing period, by card, through Stripe.
  • If a payment fails we tell you, and the account keeps working for 7 days while you sort out the card. After that it stops until payment is made; nothing is deleted.
  • We may change our prices. We'll email you at least 30 days before, and the new price applies from your next payment after that.

5. Cancelling

Cancel at any time from your plan screen, or by emailing us. You keep using Lodway until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part-periods.

6. Your data

  • Everything you put into Lodway is yours. Every list exports to a spreadsheet, and invoices and proofs of delivery download, whenever you like.
  • We use your data only to run the service for you, and never sell it.
  • Our people can't look inside your account unless an administrator at your company turns on support access, for as long as you choose. Every visit is recorded in your audit log.
  • Leave, and your data stays until you ask us to delete it. We then delete it within a month, apart from records the law makes us keep.

7. Personal data we handle for you

The personal data in your account — your customers, the people deliveries go to, your drivers — is yours to decide about; we process it for you. Under UK data protection law we agree to:

  • use it only to provide Lodway, on your instructions, and for no purpose of our own;
  • make sure everyone at Strategro who can reach it is bound to keep it confidential;
  • keep it secure, with each company's data kept apart from every other's by the database itself;
  • use only the service providers named in our privacy policy, and tell you before we add one;
  • help you answer requests from people about their data, and tell you without delay if we find a breach affecting it;
  • delete it, or give it back to you, when you leave and ask us to;
  • give you the information you need to show you are using us properly.

You agree that you are allowed to put the data into Lodway and that the people it is about have been told how you use it — your own privacy policy is on your Lodway address for that.

8. Using it properly

Don't use Lodway for anything unlawful, to send messages people haven't agreed to receive, or in a way that harms the service or other customers. Keep your logins to yourselves; you are responsible for what is done with them, and for the people you add to your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why.

9. Keeping it running

We work to keep Lodway available at all times, but can't promise it will never be interrupted — for maintenance, for a fault, or because a service it depends on, such as a phone or mapping provider, has a problem. We'll fix problems as quickly as we reasonably can.

10. Liability

Our total liability to you in any year is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or other indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we'll email you at least 30 days before. If you don't want to carry on under the new terms, you can cancel before they start.

12. The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any dispute. Questions? mateen@strategro.co.uk. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
